Wow. Lots of room.

We got the roof on and garage built!!

It's been a great month.   We got the crane & got the trusses set.   Hipolito is working on stick building the bonus room.  It's looking awesome.   We are going to confirm shingles this weekend. 

Also talked to Dukes Garage Door & Richard Knight today.   Finalizing on electrician and hvac this week too. 

Stairs. Grade work. Second floor.

Today Dustin came and fixed the grade and filed in garage.  Also did the drain pipe for foundation.  Oh yeah...  Dropped about $3k+ on gravel.... Zzzzzz.   

Hipolito did the stairs..  Awesome!!   He framed in the second floor too.

We had to do a lot of work this morning moving stuff around on the lot.   Mark brought over the drainage pipe today too.

Lots done.  Should be able to pour the garage tomorrow and front porch.

First floor is complete!!!!

The framers are completed with the walls on the first floor. Most of the first floor has been sheathed and wrapped.

We went to the brick place this morning to pick our brick out again because the previous sample that we looked at was not correct. We will be picking from three choices sometime next week. 

First floor trusses

We got the first floor trussed today.  Tomorrow sheathing and walls.  Yeah.  

Need to start back fill too.
Need to pay Grey Hodges for plumbing.
Need to pay Tim and Al interior doors.

Framing Day 1!!!

We finally got framing started.  The basement walls up!   Framers didn't have nails...  Lol.   Get them yourself.  

Ordered the trash dumpster this eventide.

Waterproof company (Labor Day weekend)

Volunteer concrete did the water proofing Friday.  Took the weekend off.   Framing to start Tuesday.
